The LHS Illusion Color Guard is made up of many dedicated girls. We are part of the marching band during football season; adding color, attitude, and a certain flair to the field. We work hard to put together the marching show (this year we did Carmina Burana) and we work hard putting a routine together for pep rallies.
Lilly and Crystal are our fearless leaders. They help our Blanca Madre with things such as stretches, basics, movement, and sometimes with motherly advice. They are a very important part in the guard as well as all of the other girls.
For Winter Guard we will be doing a kind of love theme show. The song is called "Straight From My Heart" by Sting. Thanks to "the Big Kahuna" for helping us with it. We will have our first competition January 31, 2004 at Conally HS. Yay! Can't wait!!
